A rivulet is a seemingly modest trickle, yet it plays a profound role feeding into a much wider system, each ripple impacting the environment. Incredibly, what starts as a drop connects with others, builds and fuels an entire ecosystem, ultimately contributing to life as we know it. All initiated with a modest rivulet.
Just imagine, what starts as a drop, when done intentionally, can turn into an ocean of opportunity. We believe that with purposeful navigation, a mission and values driven organization can ride any wave and reach their destination with confidence and calm so that they achieve results that matter

Our Story
After over 30 years working across a variety of countries, industries and organizations, I have witnessed the power of culture and the impact it has on both personal and organizational well being and results. I have seen and felt organizational culture work incredibly well and incredibly poorly. On average we spend one third of our life at work, why not make work better? This is my mission.
As a result of my experiences and desire, I have invested in continuous learning throughout my career, consistently investing to make work better by constantly delving into research and literature, formal and informal education to learn how to make a difference where I believe it matters most - in organizational culture. I believe it is here where we can have the most impact on people and organizations so that together we make the impact the world needs.
It is abundantly clear we are stronger together when we navigate from common ground, I believe it is possible to achieve more when organizations,
teams and individuals embrace culture as a success strategy. On a strong foundation of culture, each drop of change when made intentionally, creates ripples of impact that contribute to an ocean of opportunities. Collectively these drops of aspiration accumulate to deliver an ocean of opportunity and then we are unstoppable.
