Our Story
After 25 years working across a variety of countries, industries and organizations, I have witnessed the power of culture and the impact it has on well being, personal and organizational results. I have seen and felt organizational culture work incredibly well and incredibly poorly. On average we spend
1/3 of our life is at work, why not make work better? This is my mission.
As a result of my experiences and desire, I have invested in continuous learning throughout my career, constantly delving into research and literature with a fervor to make a difference where I believe it matters most in organizational culture
for the people, organizations and impact the world needs.
It is abundanctly clear we are stronger together when we navigate from common ground, I believe it is possible to achieve more when organizations,
teams and individuals embrace Culture as a Strategy (CaaS).
