Half Day Co-Creation
Together we will construct Half-Day Workshops to achieve the outcomes you seek. Workshops will be developed based on your requirements and use resources to best meet your needs such as the Aperian GlobeSmart, CoCreate Work Design Framework™, ADKAR and/or other practices to achieve outcomes. Session design will leverage the skills and experience of your team with Rivulets workshop facilitators to unlock possibilities together and make work better. Workshops will be held in conference rooms at local winery Partners such as the facilities of Domaine de Bilé featured here. Locations are dependent on availability and the size of your group. It is important to engage early to secure the location you seek.
Half Day Connection
After a morning of learning and growing we go offsite to explore and connect. Rivulets Retreats takes advantage of the Southwest France rural setting to deliver a curated immersion into the culture and heritage that is unique to Gascony. Your Half Day Connection experience will explore authentic and traditional artisan ways that have been passed down by multiple generations and continue to thrive to this day. Itineraries are developed to your needs and may focus on: Armagnac & Wine Domaines, Gastronomy, Women Make Wine: Les Femmes des Vignerons, Pâtisserie & Boulangerie, Medieval Architecture of Abbeys, Castles & Towers, Hikes, History, Permaculture & Gardening, Art and/or Yoga.
