Five-Phase Culture by Design Framework
01. Discover
Our discovery stage reveals current state and desired state so that employee experience, customer satisfaction, and ownership are strengthened by fostering connection and empowering individuals and teams to participate in data driven decision-making and design.
02. Activate
With data in hand, we activate a purpose driven culture with cultural multipliers. Through trust and connection, solutions are co-created to integrate desired culture intentionally across core systems so that it becomes the fabric of the organization's landscape.
03. Resonate
With culture activated, a rhythm is established, creating resonance that amplifies purpose across the community toward shared outcomes. Inclusive systems are established in core functions with culture integrated into the ecosystem, core systems operate through the lens of culture with clear ownership and intended outcomes at the center so that together teams achieve results that matter.
04. Live
Together we embed culture as a lived experience delivering a purpose and mission driven structure with flexibility and autonomy by considering vertical and horizontal functions, ensuring values are transported into lived, observable, meaningful and measurable practices. Role accountability and responsibility clear, capabilities cultivated and development identified so that employees feel engaged and supported.
05. Sustain
With culture embedded, sustainment is the focus. Through co-creation a cadence is established to ensure systems created are implemented and maintained to sustain the flexible, autonomous accountable and aligned culture that delivers a mission driven workforce seamlessly as the fabric of the organization with clarity and calm.
