Why Now?

Gallup’s State of the Global Workplace: 2026 report found that global employee engagement has fallen to 20%, with manager engagement identified as a key contributing factor. Closely connected to this trend is a broader erosion of trust worldwide. As highlighted by the Edelman Trust Barometer, trust in institutions, leaders, and society has reached unprecedented levels of fragility, creating additional challenges for organizations seeking to engage, retain, and inspire their people.
Why does this matter? Gallup's State of the Global Workplace: 2026 report, highlights the economic cost of low engagement, estimating that "$10 trillion in productivity could be added to the economy if the global workforce was fully engaged.". We believe you can have a piece of that pie.

Reinforcing the leader's role, Edgar shares that, "leadership is involved in the creation of culture and at every stage of the organization's growth and maturity.".
